Excellent friendly service. Family owned. Tell them what you need and they will find it for you. Even only 85 cents worth of carraige bolts. Found on hand when no big box hardware store could.
Great locally own store that has all the supplies for swamp cooler even when it seems off season. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.
Hard to believe they can fit so much in this building. And yes, they still cut keys.
Almost like TrueValue but much better!
I was just there 20 minutes ago. I walked in and and Ary was behind the register counter and greeted me with a smile asking if I needed help with anything. I showed here a small square nut from my mom/dads first table they got back in the 50's. She knew exactly where to size it up and the "gauge threader", thingmajiggy, and from there proceeded down the aisle to the bins drawers, stopping in front and opened the drawer, that. had. the. same. exact. size. nut. Man, I couldn't be more happier with the service and sweet spirit attitude that Ary has. In and out in under 7 minutes. ☺️
I just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks over at Rio Rancho Hardware. I was seriously impressed with this place. They have a little bit of everything… actually, they have a lot of everything! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, you might as well give up. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop. It’s the kind of local business that deserves the support of the community. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. You’ll see exactly what I’m talking about!
It’s nice going into a hardware store for once and actually have help finding what you’re looking for.
Absolutely my go to place when looking for home and auto project hardware . The staff is very friendly and helpful it's almost like going to a friend's house they treat you like family and are always willing to help find what you need.
Employees are very helpful. Always plenty of parking. The store almost always has everything I need. Prices are fair and reasonable and the store is completely accessible with my wheelchair. I have been shopping with them for about 20 years.
Excellent selection and great service
Great service, hands on instructions and parrt selective. Saving you time and money for your repair projects.
Very helpful. Unlike the big box stores I walk in and: "May I help you?" So much faster. They have lots of hardware. Today Joe and Oceana were the stars.
I have been frequented True Value Since 2002, talked to many of my fellow customers about the kindness and sincere service we have experienced while visiting True Value on Southern Blvd. I’m thinking I’m reading some pretty false complaints. Just saying!
A store 1/4 the size of these big box stores. Everytime I've walked in it's one stop for everything I need. Help is always available. Knowledge on point. Friendly as well.. Thank you!!! Keep up the great work
One of Rio Rancho best stores. Run in, run out with the right part and thousands of steps less and frustration than Lowes and Home Depot. If you dont see the difference, keep going to Lowes and Home Depot, we dont need stupid people at this location.
Looking for an item. Found here Thank you easy Saturday shopping b4 a project. Super nice and helpful.

Very clean and organized, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.
Great selection of tools, grilingl/smoker products, various project materials, and even pet supplies. Best part is the helpful , friendly staff. They don't bother you with sales pitches, but are always nearby to answer questions or offer suggestions/advice. This is a great store!
They are always helpful, especially when I have to describe what I am looking for. They seem to know what it is.
Very helpful and friendly store assoc. Answered my questions I had about the product I was buying for my toilet. I will definitely be going here to purchase any future home needs.
Great local hardware store
Every time I go they have what I need! That's not always true of Lowe's or Home Depot even with their gigantic size. Rio Rancho True Value packs a lot in a small space and their staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place!! Very clean and well organized. The associates are very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.
Great service friendly people always somebody there to help you
